Our cooking classes are not just boring demonstrations, every person partakes and helps to cook their own delicious lunch. Held from 10h00 until 14h00, our Culinary Concierge, Vanie, will teach you all you need to know in an informal environment, following which you will get to enjoy your meal with local wines for lunch.

Tina Jewell, Manager of Bread&Wine at Môreson Wine Estate – part of the Le Quartier family – teaches and guides you whilst you make your own bread. The day includes learning how to make 4 different types of dough, and while you wait for your bread to bake, wine tasting and lunch is enjoyed at the famous Bread&Wine restaurant.
Definitely a unique and exciting team building experience.
Neil Jewell, Head Chef of Bread&Wine Restaurant at Môreson Wine Estate – part of the Le Quartier family – teaches this workshop over 2 full days. The programme includes all aspects of Charcuterie making, from the “breaking down” of the pig carcass to creating sausages and curing, brining and smoking meat. Included in this is wine tasting and delicious lunch at the famous Bread&Wine restaurant.
Other experiences include Mini Bread Baking and a Sweet Tarts Class...
