They will conduct hands-on, innovative and exciting culinary classes. The
focus will be on local, seasonal produce and ways of enhancing flavour,
encouraging you to experiment with taste, texture, and presentation. The
class will also include unconventional food and wine pairing and will be
completed by a meal around the kitchen table with the chef and a wine
specialist or local wine maker, all washed down with a well earned glass
of Franschhoek wine, of course!
Cost:R1800 per person per afternoon or morning

Full payment is required at time of booking and is refundable up to 14 days
prior to the course. Thereafter it is non-refundable.
Numbers: Maximum of 6 people per course.
