I had the pleasure to eat 3 times in Le Noirmont and just now in Frsnschhoek by Mrs Jansen. You both have the same philosophy about using local indredienrs and are both star cooks and wine lovers in this world. Thank you so much for sharing this! You should once probably connect together and write a book " from Africa to Europe with local flavour and local wine". You really have the same way of "working" and this is exceptionnal. Encore merci de nous faire vivre ce monde magique and for sharing your passion.
