- Must have at least 5 years fine dining experience – International experience will be a bonus
- Excellent wine and bar knowledge
- Evening shifts only
- Own transport and re-locate to Franschhoek

Chef de partie Cold larder - assist with on site charcuterie production, together with Neil Jewell. Development of Farm Grocer (on site deli) dishes and takes home produce. Student training. Min 2 years experience in a similar establishment.
Chef de partie Pastry - dish developement & implementation. Min 2 years experience in a similar establishment.
Chef de partie Main kitchen - competent in all sections in kitchen - meat, fish, cold larder, breads & pastry.
Student training. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar establishment.
