Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card, by secure on-line payment or direct deposit. A full deposit is required to confirm reservations 30 days after the reservation has been made. Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations: For any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, a charge equivalent to the full value of service booked will be made and any refund is subject to the discretion of the management.
Check in/out: Check in from 14h00, Check-out until 11h00. Early arrivals and late departures are welcome to use the hotel facilities and luggage will be stored.
General: Breakfast charge included is non-refundable.
Service charge: is discretionary.
Luxury airport transfers and tours can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
